SAAC celebrates National Student-Athlete Day

Student-Athletes, Coaches, and staff gathered at the Shamrock Banquet Hall Wednesday, April 9, to celebrate National Student-Athlete Day with a spaghetti dinner.
The banquet, hosted by the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), recognizes student-athletes for achieving excellence in both academics and athletics, while making significant contributions to the community.
Student-athletes must earn a 3.0 grade point average to qualify for the award, and over 250 SDSU students met that mark.
