Please fill out the form below to request a charitable item from South Dakota State Athletics. The form must be filled out at least one month prior to an event for consideration.
South Dakota State Athletics will only process charitable requests for fundraising for a charitable, educational (8th grade or below only), or a non-profit organization. Due to NCAA regulations, SDSU is unable to fulfill requests that would benefit students in grades 9-12. This includes all high school auctions, raffles, fundraisers, and requests for prizes. Completion of this form does not guarantee that SDSU will fulfill the request.
