How is my donation used?
Membership in the Blue Crew is reinvested into the experience of those who participate. Funds will be used to offer giveaways, prizes, and host events for Blue Crew members. Blue Crew members strive to increase student engagement with Jackrabbit Athletics and traditions while building a base of support which will benefit Jackrabbit Club status after graduation.Â
What is the Jackrabbit Club?
The Jackrabbit Club is the primary scholarship fund for SDSU Athletics and allows us to provide opportunities for more than 500 student-athletes to pursue their dreams both in athletic competition and in the classroom. Each year, SDSU Athletics awards over $4 million in scholarship support to deserving student-athletes.

JACKS PASS
Current South Dakota State University students have the opportunity to purchase a Jacks Pass to all home regular-season events, subject to availability. The Jacks Pass is a ticket that allows any fan to accompany the student into the student section in Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium or First Bank & Trust Arena. Jacks Pass prices vary each game and are limited to one (1) pass per student. Jacks Pass sales will begin at 9 AM on Monday of each game week online at JackrabbitTickets.com or by visiting the Jackrabbit Ticket Office (located at the southeast entrance of First Bank & Trust Arena).

- The Jacks Pass is $5 for all non-premium events and $10 for all premium events.
- Students + guest may enter Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium through the student entrance located at the southwest gate.
SDSU Men's and Women's Basketball
- The Jacks Pass is $5.
- Students + guest may enter First Bank & Trust Arena through the student entrance located at the southwest gate.

The Jackrabbit Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. The Jacks Pass is not available for purchase at the box office on game day (for weekday basketball events, the Jacks Pass must be purchased prior to 5pm). Students may purchase a Jacks Pass by logging into their student account.

RABBIT REWARDS
South Dakota State students can check-in to all Jackrabbit home events via the Jackrabbit app to accumulate Rabbit Rewards points that are redeemable for prizes!
All that is required to sign up for Rabbit Rewards is to submit a valid email address, which is the student email address assigned by South Dakota State University (@jacks.sdstate.edu)! After submitting your email in the Jackrabbit app, visit the email's inbox for a message titled Reward sign in link and follow the simple directions to finish. Please be sure to check your junk folder!
To redeem Rabbit Rewards points for a prize, you must be at a Redemption Event (listed below). The events will occur inside First Bank & Trust Arena at the top of the stairs of the student entrance.

Yep—you read that right. All full-time SDSU students score free admission to every home, regular-season event. All you have to do? Claim your ticket by logging into your student account.
How do I claim my tickets and purchase a Jacks Pass?
- Sign in to your student account at JackrabbitTickets.com.
- Claim your free ticket and/or purchase a Jacks Pass.
- Check your SDSU email—your ticket will be delivered digitally for quick, easy entry on gameday.
When do I claim my tickets?

Q: Can I also buy my Jacks Pass this way?

A: No! Student tickets are free for current SDSU students—just make sure to claim yours online before game day.
Q: How will I receive my ticket?
A: Once claimed, your ticket will be delivered digitally to your account and the actual ticket will be sent directly to your SDSU student email for easy access on game day.
Q: Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
A: No. All student tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the student who claimed them.
Q: When do tickets become available?
A: Student tickets open Monday of the week of the event. Blue Crew members get 24-hour early access and can claim tickets starting Sunday.
