Lancaster, Pa. ? The Jackrabbits wrestling team secured three wins at the Franklin & Marshall quadrangular to extend their winning streak to five-straight dual victories Saturday afternoon.
The Jacks (6-3-1) put together decisive victories over Frankin & Marshall 32-15, American International 36-11 and Sacred Heart 35-12, giving them five-straight victories on the week.
The Jacks came out with force in the first match of the afternoon notching two pins and two major decisions. Freshman
Dustin Walraven at 141 pounds, recorded a pin at the 4:13 while junior
Tyler Sorenson notched his at 6:57. Walraven pushes his record to 18-9 on the season, good for third-best on the team.
At 157 pounds, senior
Weston Blasius recorded a 10-2 major decision while freshman
Zach Blindert wrestled his way to a 10-1 major decision.
The second match saw much of the same as SDSU went on to beat American International (Mass.) 36-11.

Jason Stripling each recorded a pin to lead the Jacks.
Led by the upper weights in the final match, SDSU handed Sacred Heart three pins and a technical fall in the top-four weight classes en route to a 35-12 victory.
Freshman
Scott Elliot at 174 pounds, pinned his man at 4:51 while Blindert took his to 6:49. Stripling finished the day 3-0, pinning his final opponent in 3:27. Stripling pushes his team-leading record to 22-8 on the season and a perfect 10-0 in duals, including five pins.
Freshman
Scott Elliot broke the 20-win plateau on the afternoon with a 2-1 record. He is now 21-4 on the season at 184 pounds.
SDSU returns to action Saturday against No. 4 Nebraska and Maryland at noon in Lincoln, Neb.
