Jackrabbits Capture Title

BROOKINGS, S.D.—South Dakota State claimed The Summit League's 2013-14 “Food Fight” title, raising nearly 25,300 pounds of food, increasing its total from last year by over 2,800 lbs.
This year was the Jackrabbits' second consecutive title and league-best third overall of the six-year league-wide food drive after capturing the title last year and in 2009-10.
South Dakota State's winning total of 25,347.46 lbs., the largest amount by an individual school since 2012 (Southern Utah – 23,208.20), was donated to the Brookings Area Food Pantry.
