Sponsored by First Premier Bank and Sanford Health, 260 live and silent auction items were up for bid with an anonymous donor matching every dollar raised.
“It is a very humbling experience to see the kindness and generosity of our donors and fans," Director of Athletics Justin Sell said. "We are proud of the accomplishments of our student-athletes and we value the support we receive."
The live and silent auction included over 260 items, with the highest bid of $20,000 coming for a golf cart donated by Brookings Auto Mall. Over 680 fans registered for mobile bidding, as it was offered for the first time this year.
SDSU would like to offer a special thanks to Beal Distributing, J. Lohr Wine and Aramark for their contributions and to the Auction Committee for their relentless work in gathering unique items.
“It is exciting to raise the bar once again and set a new record for the event," Sell said.
The money raised from this event goes directly to fund 35 student-athlete scholarships.
