Jackrabbits Give Back Through Project Joy

As part of its commitment to the Brookings community, the South Dakota State University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee raised more than $2,000 for Project Joy.

SAAC used those funds to purchase holiday gifts Tuesday at the Brookings' Walmart. The gifts will be donated to the Project Joy store.

Project Joy is a charitable, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing Brookings County children and families who are in need an opportunity to receive holiday gifts through the generous donations of individuals, business and organizations.

SAAC has contributed to Project Joy for the last nine years.
