The South Dakota State University Department of Athletics and The Aspire Sport Marketing Group have agreed to a multi-year partnership, which was jointly announced Monday.
The partnership will be focused on generating new revenue, and selling and servicing for ticket sales — including but not limited to season tickets, donations, mini-plans, groups, and single-game tickets. The Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC), which will be located on the SDSU campus in Brookings, will support the acquisition of new Jackrabbit Club donors in addition to being responsible for athletic ticket sales for football, men's and women's basketball, and any other ticketed sports requested by SDSU Athletics.
"We are excited to partner with an industry leader and we look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship. The Aspire Group will add tremendous value to our campus community and to our department, and most importantly, to our fan experience," said Scott Brown, SDSU senior associate athletic director.
SDSU is Aspire's 20th new partner for 2019. The Aspire Group is based out of Atlanta, Georgia.
"The Aspire Group is honored to have been selected as partner of the South Dakota State Department of Athletics. We look forward to providing outstanding customer service to increase the engagement of Jackrabbit fans across the nation while growing revenue for Jacks Athletics. This partnership will be fully supportive of The Jacks Community engagement while the focus on increased revenue will allow the Department of Athletics to enhance the student-athlete experience," stated Aspire's Chief Executive Officer, Bill Duffy.
