Goalkeeper: Nik Lograsso (2005-08)
Nik Lograsso played a key role in South Dakota State's Division I transition, logging over 4,800 minutes at goalkeeper with a 29-16-7 career mark. Lograsso left the school as the all-time leader in shutouts wins, saves (259) and shutouts (20), among other records, and in her senior season was part of the Jackrabbits' first-ever Summit League Championship.
Â
The Ames, Iowa native was a two-time All-Summit League First Team honoree and posted a 1-0 shutout against No. 15 Colorado in the 2008 NCAA Tournament. The win came in SDSU's first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance and followed a 2007 United Soccer Conference title.
Head Coach
Brock Thompson on Nik Lograsso: "We've had a long tradition of tremendous goalkeepers here at South Dakota State, and Nik set the standard during our transition to Division I, capping a career with our first-ever win in the NCAA tournament. I remember late in the 2008 NCAA tournament game versus Colorado, their forward shot a ball that went past a diving Lograsso, only to go off the post and come straight back to Nik. I asked Nik after the game, 'did you think it was going in?' The response is what, in my mind, meant she deserved a spot on the All time Top XI team: 'No,' Nik told me. 'If it would've been inside the post I would've gotten my hand to it.' Nik truly believed any shot on goal was going to be saved."

Also nominated: Erin Miller (2003), Kat Donovan (2010-11), Elisa Stamatakis (2010-14),
