Kansas win launches Jackrabbit Football Saturdays

Jackrabbit Football Saturdays, presented by First PREMIER Bank and Premier Bankcard, will kick off this week with South Dakota State's 2015 season-opening win at Kansas as the featured game.

Coverage runs from noon to 3 p.m. on WNAX 570 AM, with additional access online at GoJacks.com/watch and through the Jackrabbit app, which is available for download through the Apple and Play stores. Throughout the re-broadcast of the game, a panel consisting of head coach John Stiegelmeier and key players Zach Lujan, Jake Wieneke, Cam Jones and Kellen Soulek will provide additional insight and commentary.

The 41-38 Jackrabbit victory marked SDSU's first over a Football Bowl Subdivision opponent in the Division I era. The Jackrabbits went on to make their fourth consecutive appearance in the Football Championship Subdivision playoffs, finishing the 2015 season with an 8-4 overall record.
