JACKRABBIT MEN FINISH SEASON IN NCAA PRELIMS

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - South Dakota State's Ethan Fischer and Cody Larson completed their 2024 seasons at the NCAA West Prelims Friday.
Fischer competed in the discus. His final throw of the day was his best - a 54.57-meter mark that was eighth in his flight at 24th overall.
Larson ran in the third heat of the 3,000-meter steeplechase, where he was 12th in his race and 33rd overall. He posted a time of 9:12.07.
Madison Kizer will complete the Jackrabbits' trip to Arkansas with the high jump at 2 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
