BROOKINGS, S.D. — South Dakota State's Cody Larson earns a bid to the NCAA Cross Country Championship, as announced by the NCAA on Saturday afternoon.
The South Dakota native will travel to Columbia, Mo., to compete against the toughest competition in the nation on Saturday morning, hosted by the University of Missouri at the Gans Creek Cross Country Course.
Larson earns a trip to Nationals after finishing 13th at the NCAA Midwest Regional meet with a 10K time of 30:37.1. Before his qualifying performance at the regional meet, Larson won the Summit League Men's Conference Championship with a personal record of 23:15.59.
