BROOKINGS, S.D. — South Dakota State rounds out the regular season with several personal records and seven wins at the SDSU Last Chance Meet Friday evening.
"It was an interesting day. I think we had some athletes really take advantage of the situation. The men's throwers and women's throwers did an excellent job and we got some stuff done on the track, particularly in the 400s. Again, people took advantage of the situation and that's what we need; people fired up and ready to get after it next week at the conference championships. We're obviously looking forward to it, we're looking forward to hosting, and we'll hopefully put a good week together and get after it for those two days next weekend in Brookings."
