LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The South Dakota State softball program received various accolades on Thursday. The NFCA revealed its Easton Top 10 programs by GPA at each divisional level, while 20 Jackrabbits earned Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors for the 2024-25 academic year.Â

South Dakota State recorded a cumulative 3.64 GPA. The GPA was among the top 40 teams at the Division I level.Â

Claire Wynja. All 20 of those inidividuals were tabbed as All-America Scholar-Athletes.Â

The rankings and honors recognize the academic prowess of softball teams across the National Fastpitch Coaches Association's membership categories. Student-athletes that were chosen as All-America Scholar-Athlete honorees earned a 3.5 GPA or higher in 2024-25.Â
