CAREER RESULTS
2021-22:
OUTDOOR:Â Did not compete.
INDOOR: Ran a personal best of 4:15.97 at the Jim Emmerich Invitational.  He ran the 800 leg of the distance medley relay which won the league title.    Â
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran a personal best of 25:45.7 at the Nuttycomb Invitational.  He placed 30th at the Augustana Twilight running 20:36.6 for 4 miles.
2020-21:
OUTDOOR: Competed in four meets participating in the 800 and 1,500 meters...came away with third in the 1,500 meters at the Kip Janvrin Open with a personal best of 3:56.72.
INDOOR: Raced in three meets participating in the 800 meters and the mile...recorded a fifth-place finish in the 800 meters at the SDSU Last Chance meet only 1.5 seconds from his personal best.
CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete.
2019-20:
OUTDOOR: Seasoned Canceled
INDOOR: Earned all-conference accolades for a 2nd place finish on the distance medley relay team and 3rd place finish on the 4x400 meter relay. He also placed 5th in the 800 meters... ran personal best time of 1:54.15 at the Husker Invite (2/8)... won the 600 meters at the SDSU Last Chance meet (2/21) with a time of 1:22.31. He lowered his mile personal best to 4:21.20 at the Jim Emmerich Invite (1/25).
CROSS COUNTRY:Â Competed in five races with a season best time for 8k (26:09.9) coming at the Briar Cliff Invitational finishing 13th.
2018-19:
OUTDOOR: Finished 8th in the 800 meters at the Summit League Championships (5/10)... Ran a personal best of 1:54.27 in the 800 and 1500 meters in 3:59.93 at the Howard Wood Relays (5/3).
INDOOR:Â Ran a season best 800 meter time of 1:55.09 at the SDSU Indoor Classic on 2/9... part of the winning 4 x 800 meter relay team in that meet. Top four finished in 800 meter races at the UND Dual, Jim Emmerich Invitational and SDSU Last Chance.
