CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in 6 races…Finished 10th at the Summit League Championships to help the team to their 7th consecutive championship…Top 8k finish of the season was a 24:49.1 performance at the Weis Crockett Invite at Oklahoma State…Finished 5th at the SDSU Classic in a time of 25:23.4.
2021-22:
OUTDOOR: Ran personal bests in the 5000 meters at the Raleigh Relays (14:21) and the Brian Clay Invite (14:15.69). Ran the 10,000 meters at the Drake Relays in 30:39.
INDOOR: Set personal bests in the 3k and 5k at the league championship to help the Jacks to the league title. He ran 8:17.95 to finish 5th in the 3k and then ran 14:26.77 in the 5,000 meters to finish 3rd in the 5,000 meters.
CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 3rd at the Summit League Championships with a time of 24:39.8 for 8000 meters helping the Jacks to their 6th straight league title. Ran 25:04.4 at the Nuttycomb Invitational. Finished 62nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional meet run 31:48 for 10,000 meters.
2020-21:
OUTDOOR: Appeared in seven meets participating in the 1,500 meters. 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters...grabbed a seventh overall finish at the Summit League Outdoor Championships with a time of 31:03.22...set an impressive personal best in the 10,000 meters at the Drake Relays finishing 12th in the process, clocking in at 30:34.76...recorded another personal best in the 5,000 meters at the Joe Walker Invitational finding the line in 14:40.15.
INDOOR: Competed in three meets participating in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters...medaled in both the 3,000 and 5,000 meters with a pair of sixth-place finishes at the Summit League Indoor Championships with personal best times of 8:26.18 and 14:47.13, respectively.
CROSS COUNTRY: Rounded out the scoring for the Jackrabbits at the Summit League Championships as the fifth SDSU runner taking seventh overall in a 8K time of 25:24.10...
