OUTDOOR: Ran in five meets including both the 5,000 & 10,000 meters...finished eighth overall at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in the 10.000 meter final...came away victorious in the 2021 Sioux City Relays for the 10,000 meters with a personal best of 30:47.42...set another personal best in the 2021 Blue Oval Invitational with a second-place effort of 14:51.30
INDOOR: Competed in two events...ran personal bests of 8:53.57 at the SDSU Jim Emmerich Invite and 15:08.76 at the SDSU Indoor Classic for the 3,000 & 5,000 meters, respectively.
CROSS COUNTRY:Â Received all-conference honors for a 13th overall finish at the Summit League Championships held in the spring
2019-20:
OUTDOOR:Â Season canceled
INDOOR: Ran in 3 events... ran season bests of 9:01.57 at the SDSU Last Chance meet and 15:41.13 for 5,000 meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic.
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in 6 events Finished 18th at the Summit League Cross Country Championships in a personal best 8k time of 25:45…He ran 19:15 for 6,000 meters at the season opening Bison Open.
2018-19:
OUTDOOR: Ran a personal best at the Phil Esten Challenge of 31:48.1 for 10,000 meters. Finished 4th in the 10k at the Summit League Championships. He also ran a personal best of 15:04.07 in the 5,000 meters to finish 10th.
INDOOR: Redshirted... Ran 15:16.07 for 5,000 meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in the 6 events…Ran 19:35 for 6,000 meters at the Bison Open…Set his personal 8k best at the Greeno Dirksen Invite with a 25:59 clocking.
