OUTDOOR: Competed at eight meets including NCAA West Prelim…finished 39th in the preliminary round of the 800 at prelims…took second in the 1500 at Wisconsin Classic with a personal best 3:45.87…ran a PR of 1:49.24 in the 800 for third at Drake Relays…finished second in the 5000 at Emporia State Relays with a PR of 14:35.68
INDOOR: Competed in five meets…took 10th in both the mile and 3000 at conference championships…ran a personal best mile at Husky Classic in 4:05.39…took third at the ISU Classic in the 3000 with a PR of 8:09.96
CROSS COUNTRY:He competed in five meets…His 4th place finish at the Summit League Championships was his 5th All-League Performance (4 times first team) helped the Jacks to their 7th consecutive league championship…Finished 2nd at the SDSU Classic to open his season and ran his best 8k of the season 24:28.3 at the Weis Crockett Invite at Oklahoma State…He ran his best 10k cross country race at the NCAA Midwest Regional in 30:43.7 to finish 63rd…He was also name to All-Academic Summit League Team.

Academic Honors—Summit League All Academic Cross Country, Indoor Track and Field, Outdoor Track and Field
OUTDOOR: Finished 3rd in the 1500 (3:48.30) and 8th in the 800 meters at the Summit League Championships…He ran a PB of 1:51.62 for 800 meters at the Bryan Clay Invite…And he led off the 4th place distance medley relay team at the Drake Relays.
INDOOR: He ran a PB of 4:05.99 for the mile run at the Nebraska Adidas Classic…He finished 3rd in the mile run and 8th in the 3000 meter run at the conference meet helping the Jacks claim the Summit League Championship.
CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 5th at the Summit League Championships in a time of 24:54.0 for 8000 meters to help the Jacks to their 6th straight league title…He also finished 3rd at the Augie Twilight with a time of 19:42.8 for 4 miles and 3rd at the SDSU Classic in a time of 25:25.
2020-21:
OUTDOOR: Ran in five meets while participating in the 800, 1,500 and 5,000 meters along with both the distance medley and 4x400 meter relays...placed fourth overall in the 1,500 meters at the Summit League Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:48.38...the 1,500 meter time is now ninth fastest all-time in SDSU history...recorded a season best in the 800 meters while taking third at the USD Early Bird in 1:53.34
INDOOR: Raced in five meets while participating in the mile 3,000 and 5,000 meters...claimed double-gold at the Summit League Indoor Championships winning both the mile (4:07.85) & 5,000 meters (8:18.07)
CROSS COUNTRY: Finished as the Jack’s number two runner in both meets scheduled meets from the season...awarded All-Conference honors for his third place effort in the Summit League Championships with a time of 25:03.7.

CROSS COUNTRY: Took fifth place at the Summit League Championships to cement a top-5 sweep and helped the Jacks to a perfect score... finished 43rd at the NCAA Midwest Regional in 31:56.0 for 10,000 meters helping the team to a program best 4th place team finish... ran a personal best 8k time (24:57.4) at the Pre National Meet at Indiana State... opened the season with a 5th place finish at the Bison Open with a 6k PR of 18:36.0.
2018-19:
OUTDOOR: Ran in events from the 800 to the 10,000 meters... finished 6th in the 10,000 meters (32:06) at the Summit League Championships and 9th in the 5,000 meters…ran a personal best of 14:51.10 at the Kip Javrin Open (4/26) to finish 3rd.... his 1500 meter personal best came at the Bryan Clay Invite with a time of 3:55.87 and he ran 1:55.02 at the Pacific Coast Invite... also won the 5,000 meters at the Sioux City Relays.
INDOOR: Anchored the distance medley relay to a dramatic come-from-behind victory at the Summit League Championships which helped the Jacks to the team title... Ran a personal best best of 4:15.77 at the SDSU Indoor Classic (2/9).
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in 6 events where he was a top 7 finished for the team in 5 events... finished 9th at the Summit League Championships to help the Jacks take the league title for the third straight year in a PR 8k time of 25:39.66... Opened the season with a 5th place finish at the Bison Open.
