CAREER RESULTS
2020-21:
OUTDOOR: Appeared in four meets participating in the 200 and meters as well as the 4x400 meter relay...set a new personal best in the 200 meters at the South Dakota Tune-up clocking in at 21.78, only a little more than 0.2 seconds from reaching the top ten all-time list for SDSU.
INDOOR: Competed in five meets participating in the 60, 200 and 400 meters as well as the 4x400 meter & distance medley relay (as the 400m leg)... earned all-conference honors for his 400 meter leg in SDSU’s 10:05.27 effort to take bronze at the Summit League Indoor Championships...the distance medley relay time sits currently as the seventh fastest in school history...also help aid the Jackrabbits 4x400 meter relay team to a fourth place, 3:16:00 finish at the indoor championships.
2019-20:
OUTDOOR: Season canceled
INDOOR: Competed in eighth events… ran a leg of SDSU’s silver medal winning DMR, finishing in 10:15.65 at the Summit League Championships… Ran a 400 PR at the Jim Emmerich Invitational with a time of 48.99… picked up a PR in the 300 at the SDSU Holiday Invite and Multi to open the season with a 34.99 mark…
2018-19:
OUTDOOR: Competed in eight events…finished seventh in the 200 in a time of 22.31 at the Kip Janvrin Open… took ninth at the Nebraska Invitational with a time of 50.49...
INDOOR:
2017-18: Competed in 12 events… started the season out on a high note, picking up a PR in the 60m dash with a 7.12… member of winning 4x400 squad at the UND-SDSU Dual where the relay ran a 3:19.33… finished second in the 400 with a 49.99 at the North Dakota Indoor Open…
OUTDOOR: Competed 20 events ... finished sixth in the finals of the 400m (49.80) at his first outdoor Summit League Championships (5/10-12) after finishing eighth (50.20) in the prelims ... also added first career outdoor all-league honors as the second leg of the runner-up 4x400m relay team (3:13.98) at the league championships - his PR out of three outdoor attempts ... posted his PR in the 400m at the Nebraska Invite (5/5) on the last regular-season weekend, finishing seventh overall (49.43) ... added three 100m marks and four 200m marks in his first outdoor season, with his best marks in both events coming at the ORU Invite (3/31) - seventh (10.93w) in the 100m, eighth (21.89) in the 200m ... notched three marks in the 4x100m relay - all as the first leg - with his best coming at the USD Invite (4/11), placing runner-up (41.89) ... posted his first 4x200m relay and sprint medley relay at the Drake Relays (4/25-28) - recording seventh in the 4x200m relay as the third leg (1:27.57) and eighth as the first leg of the SMR (3:28.78) ... had the team’s fifth best 100m (16th in the league), fourth-best 200m (14th), tied second-best 200m (ninth), third-best 4x100m relay, best 4x200m relay (50th in the NCAA), best 4x400m relay (second in the league), and best SMR (53rd in the NCAA) on the season performance list.
INDOOR: Competed in 15 events in his first season as a Jackrabbit ... earned all-league honors as the second leg of the third-place 4x400m relay team (3:19.90) at The Summit League Championships (2/23-24) ... also finished ninth overall in the 400m (50.08) timed finals at the championship event ... his best 400m and 4x400m relay came in the Jim Emmerich (1/20), placing 13th overall in the 400m (49.56) - his first attempt - and fourth overall as the second leg of the 4x400m (3:17.63) - the school’s 10th-best mark all-time ... posted his lone 60m mark at the Dakota Realty (2/3), being the fourth Jack, eighth overall (7.17) ... had four 200m attempts on the season - with his best at the beginning of the season, at the SDSU Holiday Open (12/1-2), finishing third overall (21.97) - the sixth-best mark in the school’s top 10 ... has the team’s seventh-best 60m (27th in the league), third-best 200m (11th), third-best 400m (10th), and best 4x400m relay (third) on the season performance list.
BEFORE SDSU: During the 2017 track & field season, earned a gold medal in the 400m, first place in the 200m, and second place in the 100m ... in the 2016 season, finished first in the 400m, second in the 200m, and third in the 100m ... class A state MVP in 2017 ... the team finished fourth at the state meet in 2017 ... named the male track athlete of the year by the Argus Leader ... competed as a part of the football team who won the class 11B state championship in 2015 and 2016 ... all-state running back in 2016 ... named 11B Midco Football Player of the Year in 2016 ... has personal bests of: 100m (10.46), 200m (21.66), and 400m (48.54) ... a Regent Scholar and graduated with high honors ... academic all-state in football, basketball, and track & field.
