ALCOHOL SALES: In order to purchase alcohol, all fans — regardless of age — must present a valid ID at designated stations in arena concourses to receive a wristband on your right wrist for that day's game. When making your first purchase of alcohol in the arena, you must present your ID again at the point of sale to receive that day's stamp on the same hand. You must have that day's wristband and stamp in order to purchase alcohol in the arena. Board policy requires each fan to have his or her ID on them at all times as age verification will take place at points of sale and beyond. Arena gates and alcohol sales - consisting of beer and seltzer only - open 60 minutes prior to tipoff as per BOR policy. All transactions at alcohol kiosks in the stadium concourses will be processed by credit card only. For SDSU students, payment via campus meal plans will not be accepted for alcohol sales.
PARKING: Lots north and east of First Bank & Trust Arena are reserved for Jackrabbit Club members with a basketball parking pass only. Jackrabbit Club members with a VIP pass can park in these areas, or the VIP Jackrabbit Club lot in the southwest corner of Lot 159, directly across from the new southeast entrance of First Bank & Trust Arena. Suite and loge parking is directly south of First Bank & Trust Arena. Several free lots for general parking are located north and east of the Performing Arts Center, east of the library and east and west of Dana J Dykhouse Stadium.

A new drop off is located on the southeast side of First Bank & Trust Arena, directly off Jackrabbit Ave.

TICKETING: All tickets for Jackrabbit home events during the 2024-25 athletics season will be digital. Upon purchase, tickets will be sent to customers' e-mail addresses or via text message. Single-game tickets, as well as season tickets and three-game mini-plans, remain on sale at JackrabbitTickets.com.
