Daniel Mojica joined the Jackrabbit football program in July 2024 as assistant director of football operations.
A native of Groton, Connecticut, Mojica spent the 2023 season as an offensive quality control coach with Fordham University. His duties at Fordham included being in charge of film breakdown, creating scouting reports and analyzing opponent tendencies.
Mojica previously spent four seasons working with the UConn football program as an equipment manager. At UConn, Mojica was in charge of completing inventory of all new equipment, assisting the offense with setting up drills and ensuring all equipment was set up for both home and road games. He also assisted UConn football as a student coach by helping break down film and assisting with unofficial and official visits.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from UConn in May of 2023.
