2022-23: An All-Summit League First Team performer … selected to NABC All-District First Team … led team in per game in averages in points (18.2), rebounds (6.2) and assists (3.4) … improved numbers in Summit League with averages of 21.1 PPG, 6.0 RPG and 4.1 APG in 18 games … finished year with top 10 single season marks all-time at SDSU including fourth-best free throw percentage (90.4%), sixth in minutes per game (35.7), seventh in 3-pointers (83), eighth in defensive rebounds per game (5.9) and ninth in field goal attempts (465) … set a career-high 41 points in 90-85 victory over NDSU on Feb. 4 … point total was second most ever by an SDSU player in Frost Arena (since 1972) … performance earned him Lou Henson National Award Player of the Week and one of three Summit League Peak Performer of the Week accolades during season … a double-digit scorer in all but three games … registered four double doubles with 10-plus rebound efforts including career high of 13 twice … four 30-plus point performances … had a game-winning basket with second remaining versus Eastern Washington on Dec. 10, completing a 23-point comeback … entered season as a Preseason All-Summit League First Team selection … also part of Lou Henson National Player of the Year Award Watch List, recognizing the top mid-major player in Division I men’s college basketball.

Before SDSU: Graduated from Lawrence (Kan.) High School in May 2021 … co-recipient of the 2021 DiRenna Award which recognizes the top boys' basketball player in the Kansas City area … named the Lawrence Journal-World's Player of the Year, the Sunflower League Player of the Year and a first-team all-conference selection … also earned all-state honors from the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association, Topeka Capital Journal and Wichita Eagle … averaged 21.2 points and 6.8 rebounds per game during the 2021 season … earned second-team all-state honors in the largest class in Kansas in 2019-20 … also selected as the 2019-20 Lawrence Journal-World Boys Player of the Year … finalist for the 2019-20 Class 6A player of the year … averaged 16.4 points, 5.8 rebounds and 4 assists last year … National Honor Society member … father Reggie played basketball at Dodge City (Kan.)
