OUTDOORS:Â Competed in four meets... Opened the season with a 5000m time of 14:22.31 to take 18th at the WashU Distance Carnival (3/27)... Posted two personal records at the Bryan Clay Invitational. Finished fourth in the 5000m at 14:10.95 before placing 26th in the 1500m with a time of 3:49.64 (4/17)... Ran the 1500m in 3:52.66 to place in the top five at the USD Tune Up (5/2)... Rounded out the season with two podium finishes at the Summit League Outdoor Championships starting with a 10,000m personal record of 30:37.15 to take third and a third-place finish in the 5000m at 14:23.78 (5/15).
INDOORS: Opened the year with a runner-up finish in the mile with a time of 4:13.36 at the USD Alumni Meet (1/18)... Took sixth in the 3000m with a time of 8:24.31 at the ISU Classic (2/8)... Posted a personal record in the mile with a time of 4:13.01 to take 14th and clutched bronze in the 3000m with a time of 8:22.41 at the SDSU Indoor Classic (2/14)... Competed in the 3000m and the 5000m at the Summit League Championships where he finished seventh with a 3000m PR of 8:18.47 and fifth in the 5000m with a personal record of 14:28.15 (3/1).Â
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets... Posted a 6K PR of 19:13.1 to take 11th at the Coyote Invite (8/30)... Placed 27th with an 8K time of 25:44.1 at the SDSU Classic (10/4)... Finished the season at the Drews/Neubauer Invite where he took 26th with an 8K time of 26:01.1 (10/19).
2023-24:
OUTDOORS: Competed in three meets…he ran a season best of 4:02.87 at the USD Invite in the 1500 meters.Â
INDOORS:Â Redshirted competed unattached in two meets.
CROSS COUNTRY: Injury shortened his season…he ran 26:28.2 at the SDSU Classic competing for the Jacks and ran 20:58.8 at the Augie Twilight while running unattached. Â
