OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets... Placed seventh in the 3000S with a time of 8:56.97 at the Stanford Invitational (4/5)... Finished at 8:51.64 in the 3000S to place ninth at the Drake Relays (4/23)... Won the 3000S with a time of 8:50.81Â at the Cyclone Twilight (5/9)... Placed runner-up in the 3000S with a time of 8:59.10 at the Summit League Championships (5/15)... Qualified for the 3000S at the NCAA West First Round, but was unable to finish due to injury (5/30).
INDOOR: Competed in two meets... Finished 24th in the 3000m with a time of 8:52.05 at the SDSU Indoor Classic (2/14)... Clocked a 3000m time of 8:43.38 to take runner-up at the SDSU Last Chance meet (2/21).
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets... Opened the year with a four mile personal record time of 18:53.3 at the Augustana Twilight (9/6)... Finished in the top-20 among Power Five competitors with an 8K time of 25:31.1 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/20)... Clocked an 8K time of 24:35.6 to finish fifth at the Summit League Championships (11/2)... Finished his senior season with a 10K person record of 30:19.6, placing 36th out of 199 finishers at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/15).
2023-24:
OUTDOOR: Earned all-conference honors in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a 3rd place finish and also finished 5th in the 5,000 meters. He ran a personal best time of 8:55.38 in 3000 meter steeplechase at the Byran Clay Invite.
INDOOR:Â Placed 6th in the 5,000 meters and 7th in the 3,000 meters at the Summit League Championships. His time in the 5,000 meters of 14:31.70 was a personal best. He ran a 3,000 meter personal best at the Iowa State Classic in a time of 8:14.05. He was a member of the 4 x 800 meter relay team that ran 7:42.16 at the SDSU D2/NAIA meet-which is the second best mark in school history.
CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 5th at the Summit League XC Championships in a time of 24:51 helping the Jacks to their eight straight championship.  Finished 22nd at the Arturo Barrios Invite in a time of 23:50.1.  Was runner up at the SDSU Classic in a time 24:39.7 and was 4th at the Augie Twilight running 19:14.9 for 4 miles.  Finished 59th at the NCAA Midwest Regional in a time of 31:59.6 for 10,000 meters at Oklahoma State.Â
2022-23:
OUTDOOR: Competed at four meets…won the 1500 with a time of 4:04.44 at the Wildcat Classic…clocked a 5000 time of 15:05.67, six seconds off his PR…ran a season best 3000 steeplechase time of 9:06.14 at the Eagle Open
INDOOR: Did not compete.
CROSS COUNTRY: He competed in five meets…He finished 6th in the Summit League Cross Country Championships, earning first team All-Summit League accolades…Other top efforts during the season were an impressive 24:36.6 performance for 8000 meters at the Weiss Crocket Invite and a third place finish at the Augustana Twilight running 19:19.8 for the 4 mile layout.
2021-22:
OUTDOOR: Competed in the 1500 (ninth place), 5000 (13th place) and 3000 steeplechase (fourth place) at conference championship…ran a personal best 9:03.76 in the 3000 steeplechase at Drake Relays…clocked a 3:51.50 in the 1500 at Bryan Clay
INDOOR: Was a part of the winning DMR team who clocked a 10:01.59, ran a PR in the 5000 with a 15:11.39 and took seventh in the mile at conference championship…won the 800 at the SDSU Last Chance in a personal best 1:52.96…finished third in the mile at Nebraska Adidas Classic in 4:10.35 for a PR…ran a personal best 3000 in 8:25.15 at Jim Emmerich
CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 10th at the Charger XC Invite…ran a season best 8k of 25:38.0 at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational
2020-21:
OUTDOOR: Ran in five meets while participating in both the 800 & 1,500 meters and 3000 meter steeplechase as well as the 4x400 meter relay...recorded a second-place finish in the steeplechase at the Kip Janvrin Open in 9:25.21...notched a season best in the 1500 meters at the Blue Oval Invitational under 4:00 (3:57.18)
INDOOR: Competed in 13 meets while participating in the 800 meters, mile and 3,000 meters as well as the distance medley, 4x400 and 4x800 meter relays...named All Conference for his efforts in the DMR after aiding the Jacks’ relay team with his 800 meter leg to third overall at the Summit League Indoor Championships in a combined time of 10:05.20...placed ninth overall in the mile at the Summit League Indoor Championships with a season best of 4:14.88.
CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete.
2019-20:
OUTDOOR:Â Season canceled
INDOOR TRACK: Ran in five meets focusing mostly on the mile run... ran a personal best of 4:22.11 at the Jack Johnson Invite (2/1)... Ran 2:00.00 for 800 meters at the SDSU Last Chance Meet... also ran 2:33 for 1,000 meters at the SDSU D2 Invite running unattached.
CROSS COUNTRY:Â Redshirted
BEFOREÂ SDSU:Â State Qualifier in cross country and track in 2017... logged personal best times in the 5k (16:03) and the 1600m run (4:24).
