OUTDOOR: Appeared in eight meets participating in the 800 meters, 1,500 meters, 5,000 meters and 4x400 meter relay...scored for Jackrabbits with a sixth overall finish in the 1,500 meters at the Summit League Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:52.90...picked up a victory in the 800 meters at the Kip Janvrin Open clocking in a personal best time of 1:53.74...had an impressive fourth overall finish in the 1,500 meters at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet with another personal best time of 3:47.85...tacked on a victory in the 5,000 meters at the Blue Oval Invitational in 14:49.95.

INDOOR: Competed in three meets unattached for SDSU participating in the mile and 3,000 meters...recorded a season best time in the mile of 4:13.70 at the SDSU Last Chance meet.

2019-20:Â
OUTDOOR: Season Canceled.
INDOOR: He had a break out season setting personal bests in the mile and 3000 meters that landed his name on the SDSU top 10 lists. He ran 4:06.63 for the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic to finish 3rd and that mark is 5th in school history. He ran 8:17.65 at the Husker Invite in the 3000 meters to finish 7th and that mark is 6th in school history. At the Summit League Championships he finished second in the 3000 meters and the mile and then added more points for the team with a 7th place finish in the 5000 meters. He opened the season with a 4:09.06 clocking in the mile to win the event at the Jim Emmerich Invitational.Â
CROSS COUNTRY: He finished in third place at the Summit League Championships to earn first team all league accolades in personal best time of 24:51.5 He was part of 1-6 sweep at the league meet to help the Jacks to the fourth team title which he was a part of all four. Opened the season with an eight place finish at the Bison Open 6k in a time of 18:46.5 and followed that up with a 34th place finish at the Roy Griak Invitational in a time of 25:37.4.Â
2018-19:
OUTDOOR: He finished 6th in the 5000 meters at the Summit League Championships in a time of 14:54.73 which was also a season best time in that event. He ran a personal best of 3:55.25 in the 1500 meters at the Bryan Clay Invite (4/19).
INDOOR: He finished 7th in the Summit League Meet in the 3000 meters to help the team to their first ever Summit League title. He set a personal best in the mile at the SDSU Classic with a 4:11.82 on 2/9. He set a 3000 meter personal best of 8:26.61 at the Jim Emmerich Invite to finish 3rd.Â
CROSS COUNTRY: He finished 5th at the Summit League Championships in a season best time of 25:26.1 for 8k to earn first team all league and help the Jacks to their third straight league title. He was the Jacks third runner at the NCAA Midwest Regional Meet with a 65th place finish in a time of 32:22 for 10,000 meters.
2017-18:
OUTDOOR: Competed in eight events ... placed 20th (17:01.77) ion the 5,000m and seventh (32:38.30) in the 10,000m at The Summit League Championship (5/10-12) ... it was his lone attempt in the 10,000m on the season ... added a season-best 5,000m mark at the Bryan Clay (4/18-20), finishing 28th (14:53.37) ... also notched a season-best in the 1,500m at the Bryan Clay, recording 4:00.04 for 230th ... had the team’s fifth-best 1,500m (14th in the league), second-best 5,000m (fifth), and fifth-best 10,000m (ninth) on the season performance list.

CROSS COUNTRY:Â Competed in seven events ... ran in his first career 10k at the NCAA Midwest Regionals (11/10), finishing third on the team, 91st overall (30:41.8) ... ranked as the fourth fastest time at the Midwest Regionals for the Jacks ... finished third on the team, fourth overall (25:12.70) at The Summit League Championships (10/28) to earn first-team All-Summit League honors ... ran a career-best 8k at the Pre-Nationals Invite (10/14), placing third on the team, 149th overall (24:52.7) ... had a career-best performance at the SDSU Classic (9/29), recording fourth on the team, fourth overall (25:47.60) ... ran his best four-mile race at the Oz Memorial (9/8), placing fourth on the team, 10th overall (20:56.7) ... it is his best four-mile time at the Oz Memorial ... in his first meet of the season, placed first among collegiate runners, second overall, at the NDSU Open (9/1) with a career-best 6k of 19:12.9 ... it the best time among active Jacks ... earned Summit League Athlete of the Week for the performance.
2016-17:
OUTDOOR:Â Competed in eight events ... ran career bests in the 5000m (15:29.06) and 3000m steeplechase (9:28.76) at The Summit League Championships (5/11-13), finishing eighth and fifth, respectively ... posted a career-best 3:59.96 in the 1,500m at the Bryan Clay Invite (4/13-14), placing 179th out of 269 ... ran a career-best 8:47.76 in the 3,000m at the SDSU/USD Dual (4/8), placing second.
