Five-time state championship qualifier … placed 18^th in the 100-yard backstroke and 23^rd in the 200 individual medley at the Class 5A state meet as an eighth-grader while competing for Hillcrest High School … qualified for SCHSL 3A Championship four times as a member of the St. Joseph’s Catholic School team … placed third in the 100 backstroke (:53.27) as a senior after previously placing fourth as a freshman and fifth as a sophomore … also placed third individually in the 100 butterfly (:52.68) and anchored state runner-up 400 freestyle relay during his senior campaign … turned in fourth-place finishes in 200 IM and 500 freestyle at 2023 state championships … also swam in numerous National Club Swimming Association state, regional and national competitions as a member of Team Greenville … qualified for the 2025 NCSA Summer Championships in the 100-meter butterfly, as well as both the 200 and 400 individual medleys
