OUTDOOR: Competed three times...took ninth in the 1500m (season best time of 4:17.48) and 13th in the 800m at Wildcat Classic...season best 800m time of 1:58.27 at USD Early Bird...ninth in 800m at The Monday Meet
INDOOR: Competed three times...season best 800m time of 1:50.99 for fourth place at Jim Emmerich Alumni Invite...took third in the mile (season best time of 4:19.50) and sixth in the 800m at SDSU Last Chance
2021-22:
OUTDOOR: NCAA Championship QualifIer in the 800 meters. Didn’t compete due to an injury. Finished 2nd at the Summit League Championships in the 800 meters. Set a personal best in the 400 meters of 49.37 at the USD Twilight. Opened the outdoor season with his first sub 1:50 clocking by running 1:49.92 at the ESU Relays. Ran a personal best of 1:49.02 at the Mt. Sac Relays. He ran 4 sub 1:50 800s during the outdoor season-the most ever by a Jackrabbit athlete.
INDOOR: Finished 4th at the Summit League Championships in the 800 meters with a time of 1:50.96. He won the Nebraska Adidas Classic 800 meters in a time of 1:53.28. He finished 2nd in the Bison Open mile in a time of 4:17.20 for a personal best in that event. He won the 1000 meters at the SDSU Last Chance in 2:25.10 narrowly missing the school record.
2020-21:
OUTDOOR: Competed in seven meets while participating in both the 800 and 1,500 meters as well as the distance medley and 4x400 meter relays...took fourth at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in the 800 meters in 1:53.30...recorded a season best in the 1500 meters at the Ron Manzaz Track & Field Classic in 3:59.91...notched a season best in the 800 meters with a third-place finish at the Drake Relays in a time of 1:51.38.
INDOOR: Ran in nine events for the Jackrabbits... took sixth at Summit League indoor championships with a mark of 1:53.72.
2019-20:
OUTDOOR: Season canceled
INDOOR: Redshirted
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in three races with his best finish coming at the Briar Cliff Invite with a time of 28:20 for 8k.
2018-19:
OUTDOOR: Finished third in the 800 meters at the Summit League Outdoor Track and Field Championships in a time of 1:51.94. He ran four personal best in the 800 meters during the outdoor season: 4/6 at USD (1:51.81), 4/19 at the Brian Clay Invite (1:51.78), 4/25 at the Drake Relays (1:51.50) and 5/4 at the Nebraska Invite (1:51.02). His mark at the Nebraska Invite is the fastest ever 800 for a first year SDSU track athlete. He was also part of the school record setting 4x800 meter relay team at the Drake Relays on 4/26 which ran 7:27.27.
INDOOR: Finished second in the Summit League Indoor Track and Field Championship 800 meters as part of 1-2-3-4 finish by the Jackrabbit 800 meter runners. Ran a personal best of 1:53.54 to finish 4th at the SDSU Indoor Classic on 2/9. Won the 600 meters at the SDSU last chance with a time 1:20.57 which ranks 3rd on the SDSU top ten list.
CROSS COUNTRY: Redshirted
BEFORE SDSU: Named Iowa State’s cross country champion in 2016 and 2017 and named all-conference runner of the year in cross country in 2017 ... two-time state champion in the mile (2016, 2017) and once in the 800m (2018) - named all-conference runner of the year in track and field for 2017 and 2018 ... had PR’s of: 400m (50.2), 800m (1:52.1), 1,600m (4:18), 3,200m (9:28.9)
