2016-17: Sat out the season as a redshirt, but competed in open tournaments ... compiled a 25-9 record with a pair of pins and placed in top five of six of seven tournaments ... opened season with a third-place finish at the Warren Williamson/Daktronics Open (11/6) ... recorded a fourth-place finish at the Cyclone Open (11/13) ... lone championship of the season came in the 184-pound division at the Worthington Open (1/21) ... turned in third-place finishes at Husky Open (12/10) and Sioux City Open (2/4)
2015-16: Served as the team’s regular starter at 184 pounds, compiling a 22-16 overall record and 9-10 mark in duals … was one of eight Jackrabbit wrestlers to reach the 20-win mark for the season … opened campaign with a runner-up finish at the Warren Williamson/Daktronics Open … won all three matches at Gopher Duals in early November, defeating wrestlers from Virginia, Grand Canyon and Minnesota … won the 184-pound weight class at the Cyclone Open, winning three matches by decision, one by major decision and one by technical fall … went 2-2 at Midlands Championships in late December … turned in come-from-behind 6-5 decision over Ben Stroh in key match of home dual against Wyoming, helping the Jackrabbits to victory … ended season with sixth-place finish at Big 12 Championship, compiling a 3-3 record during the two-day tournament
2014-15: Finished the season with an 18-16 overall record ... finished fifth in the Bison Open (11/8) ... earned first dual victory over Alex DiCiantis (Drexel) (11/23) ... recorded first pin versus Isaac Rangel of Dakota Wesleyan (1/11)
2013-14: Recorded a 19-15 overall record as one of two Jackrabbit freshmen from the heralded freshman recruiting class to have his redshirt pulled ... split time between 174 and 184 pounds ... went 3-4 in duals with wins over Drexel (11/9), Augustana (12/8) and Northern Illinois (2/14) ... tallied five major decisions ... placed third at the Nebraska-Kearney Holiday Inn Open (11/23)
