Kaitlin Justice - SDSU junior midfielder
"We kept putting it in the box the whole time, but we just couldn't finish them. We kept battling and finally we got it. We have done that a lot this season."
"Everyone played a huge part. Overall we have a very strong defense. We all try to cover for each other.
If we end up playing NDSU, it's going to be a battle to whole time. IUPUI would be the same way, but I feel that we have more of a rivalry with NDSU."
SDSU Head Coach Lang Wedemeyer
"We have had a couple of these now in a row (NDSU and Western). It's hard on the ticker."
"Anytime that you can pull out a game in overtime and get a winner like we did, it certainly helps your confidence."
"It's always difficult to beat somebody two times in the same season. We just have to focus on getting our legs back underneath us and reenergized for Sunday."
"One of the things that we wanted to be able to do this year is establish ourselves as a quality program in the sense that year in and year out we can be a contender in the conference."
"The Summit League is tough and every year it gets tougher. Wins are hard to come by so we are elated that we have a chance to play for another championship, this time on our home field."
