Road Trip Continues at Oral Roberts

South Dakota State's three game road trip continues on Thursday, as the Jackrabbits travel to Tulsa, Okla., to take on the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles at 7 p.m. inside the Mabee Center.
The Jackrabbits won each of the last three meetings in the series with Oral Roberts, including their first-ever win at the Mabee Center last season, but the Golden Eagles enter the game riding a three game winning streak, which includes a pair of road wins last weekend.
SDSU, on the other hand, split last weekend, winning at home against Fort Wayne on Thursday, before falling at North Dakota State on Saturday. The Jacks also dropped their first Summit League road game of the season at IUPUI, so they hope to notch their first league road win of the season and make it four in a row against Oral Roberts.
THE OPPONENT
ORAL ROBERTS GOLDEN EAGLES (11-9, 3-3 Summit, 5-1 Home): After opening Summit League play with three straight losses, the Golden Eagles fired back with three straight wins, with the last two coming last weekend on the road at IUPUI, 80-71, and at Western Illinois, 77-68.
THE SERIES vs. ORAL ROBERTS
The Golden Eagles lead the all-time series 8-6, but the Jackrabbits won each of the last three meetings, which includes a dominating 81-52 win in the regular season finale last year at Frost Arena on Feb. 21.
SDSU also won the first-ever meeting in the series, a 92-83 triumph on Jan. 24, 1968 at the Barn in Brookings.
