The South Dakota State University men's and women's swimming and diving teams will close out the home portion of their schedules Sunday with a dual meet against the University of North Dakota.
Competition is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. at the Stanley J. Marshall Center Pool. Parents of Jackrabbit student-athletes will be recognized prior to the meet, with members of the senior class honored during the dual.
Sunday's meet also will mark the final home meet for longtime SDSU coach Brad Erickson, who has announced that he will retire at the end of the 2016-17 season. Erickson, who also will be honored during Sunday's dual, is the longest-tenured coach in SDSU history, having served as swimming and diving head coach for 41 years.
The Jackrabbits open the weekend with both the men's and women's teams traveling to the University of South Dakota on Saturday for dual action. Competition against the Coyotes is slated for a 2 p.m. start.
SDSU enters the weekend with a 2-0 record in duals on the men's side and a 2-3 mark in the women's division.
