The South Dakota state women's swimming and diving team ended an era at SDSU as head coach
Brad Erickson concluded his last home meet before retiring in June.
The Jacks fell to North Dakota, 231-61.
Emily Moore placed first on the 1-meter dive with a score of 223.42 and second on the 3-meter dive with a 193.80.
Kristin Erf captured second in the 50 freestyle with time of 24.28.
The team of
Katya Vakshteyn,
McKenna Shallberg,
Cassie Hendricks and
Richelle Bruyckere finished in the second in the 400 freestyle relay (3:39.45).
During the meet, Erickson was presented with an award from the city of Brookings claiming Sunday, Jan. 15 as "
Brad Erickson Day."
