The men are coming off their fourth consecutive Summit League title (eighth overall) and look to better their 10th place finish with 288 points from a year ago.
Last year's regional meet in Peoria, Ill. saw Chase Cayo (53rd, 32:10.5), 2019 Summit League MVP of the Championship Joseph Minor-Williams (57th, 32:11.6), Lukas Nelson (65, 32:22.9) and Thomas Brueckman (98th, 32:56.5) finish in the top-100 of the 10K race.
Kyle Burdick was named an All-Region honoree after his 15th place finish with a time of 31:18.3.
"The guys are fired up for this opportunity," said head coach Rod DeHaven. "They're excited to toe the line on Friday and I think that's all you can ask for in November."
On the women's side, The Jackrabbits come off a third place finish at the Summit League Championships and will also be up against three nationally ranked opponents in No. 22 Illinois, No. 25 Oklahoma State and No. 26 Minnesota.

"We reflect on the last couple of years in terms of how we run the regional race and we've run better than what we've expected and it's generally been our best race of the season," DeHaven said. "And that's the number one goal of what we're trying to get out from a team perspective on the women's side."
The Breakdown (Via NCAA.com)
The top two finishers in each regional automatically qualify for the national championships, equating to 18 immediate team qualifiers. The top-four individual finishers that are not a member of qualifying teams will enter the championships as individuals. Two additional individuals and 13 at-large teams will be selected by the committee to round out the 255 total participants.
