Minnesota Cancelation Sioux City Relays Home Meet Info

Due to the weather in the Midwest, the Jackrabbits plan to compete at the Sioux City Relays rather than the Minnesota Spring Open

The South Dakota State track and field teams will make a schedule change to their weekend plans. Instead of traveling to the Minnesota Spring Open, which was canceled on Tuesday, the Jackrabbits plan to compete in the Sioux City Relays this weekend, weather pending.

Minnesota canceled their meet with inclement weather in the forecast for the remainder of the week, which was originally scheduled for Saturday, April 13 at the University of Minnesota Track and Field Stadium. There is no plans to reschedule the meet.

The Sioux City Relays are tentatively slated for Friday and Saturday (April 12-13), but their schedule may be adjusted due to pending weather conditions and teams planning to attend. A full preview will be released later in the week on GoJacks.com with updated schedules and student-athletes planning to compete.
