Toscano Wraps Up Second European Tournament

BOURNEMOUTH, England – South Dakota State women's golfer Teresa Toscano made a late push in the third round at the European Ladies' Amateur Championship over the weekend, but just missed the final cut.
Toscano shot a 3-under (69) in round three of the event to drive her overall score to 7-over. That push put her tied for 67th at the end of the third round, just shy of the final cut in which the top 60 finishers advanced to the final fourth round.
She was at 10-over through the first two rounds, shooting 8-over (80) in round one and 2-over (74) in round two.

After representing her home country of Spain in two tournaments over the summer, Toscano will enter her senior year with the Jackrabbits when they open their fall schedule Sept. 9 in Fargo at the NDSU Fall Match Play.
