NORMAL, Ill. - The South Dakota State women's golf team finished 10th at the Redbird Invitational after the final 18 holes were played on Monday morning.Â
The Jackrabbits finished with a +60 team scorecard, shooting +25 on the final day of the tournament. They finished 47 strokes behind the leaders and Summit League foes St. Thomas, who won the tournament with a +13 team score.
The highest-placing Jackrabbit was freshman Olivia Braun, who tied for 33rd after shooting +13 over the two days. Braun had the second-best third round of any Jackrabbit, shooting 5-over.Â
Molly O'Hara made a sizeable jump during the second day of the tournament, shooting 3-over for the day and finishing tied for 44th, after starting the day tied for 54th.Â
Riko Danjo finished tied for 39th after shooting +6 on Monday and ending with an overall score of +16.Â
Rylan Horning and Hannah Boraas both had rough second days as the pair shot +11 and +12, respectively, to finish tied for 48th and tied for 57th.Â
UP NEXT The Jacks head to Columbia, Mo., next week to compete in the Johnie Imes Invitational hosted by Missouri.Â
