Midco Sports Network's coverage of South Dakota State Athletics during the 2019-20 season kicks off Saturday with the Jackrabbits' football home opener against Long Island University.

The broadcast begins at 6 p.m. from Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium.

Saturday's game is one of about 30 Jackrabbit events scheduled to air on MidcoSN, including six football games. Other football games televised live by MidcoSN include the following:
• Sept. 14 vs. Drake, 1 p.m.
• Sept. 21 vs. Southern Utah, 6 p.m.
• Oct. 26 vs. North Dakota State, 2 p.m.
• Nov. 9 vs. Illinois State, 2 p.m.
• Nov. 23 at South Dakota, 2 p.m.

Coverage of Jackrabbit men's and women's basketball begins in November and will make up the bulk of MidcoSN's other SDSU-related live programming. The basketball viewing schedule, which includes the first two rounds of the Summit League Basketball Championships in Sioux Falls, will be announced at a later date.
