FORT WAYNE, Ind. — The Summit League named South Dakota State freshman long jumper Annie Wendt Newcomer of the Championship.
The Rochester, Minn. native and Mayo High School product earned second place in her debut Summit League Championships with her mark of 19-00.50. Wendt currently sits tied for third in SDSU history with her mark of 19-02.00 set erler this season.
