SDSU opens up Summit League play with a Monday night home game against Kansas City.
The Jacks have won four consecutive Summit League regular season titles and seven of the last nine.
The Jacks have won a non-conference road game in 14 consecutive seasons, including nine wins over Power 5 conference teams.Â
SDSU has won at least two non-conference games away from home in 12 of the last 14 years.Â
The Jackrabbit offense has been excellent this season. SDSU leads the nation in three-point shooting at 44.4 percent, while shooting 50.1 percent overall, ninth best in Division I.
SDSU ranks third nationally in scoring at 87.3 points per game. The Jacks have scored 90 points in five games and have hit the 80-point mark in ten of 13 outings.
Baylor Scheierman has posted four double-doubles. He's averaging 8.38 defensive boards per game are the fourth most in Division I. while his overall average of 8.8 rebounds is the best in the Summit League.Â
Douglas Wilson joined SDSU's 1,000-point club last week. He now has 1,042 points in his Jackrabbit career, which ranks 41st. He scored 1,138 points in two years at Kirkwood Community College, giving him an overall total of 2,180 points.Â
SDSU is dishing out Summit League leading 16.4 assists per game. The Jacks have recorded 20 assists in four different games this season.
Noah Freidel ranks 25th nationally in three-pointers per game (3.33) and is second in the league in points per game (19.0).
Wilson ranks fifth nationally in free throws attempted (75), while his 3.23 offensive rebounds per game leads the Summit League.
