The Jackrabbits split a doubleheader at Iowa State on Tuesday. SDSU held on for a 4-3 victory highlighted by a seven-inning performance by
Shannon Lasey in the circle in the opener. SDSU then dropped the finale, 8-1, to the Cyclones. The Jackrabbits' victory ended a nine-game skid to Iowa State that spanned since 2008. It was SDSU's third win over a Big 12 opponent this season, previously defeating Kansas (March 12) and No. 20 Baylor (March 15).
