INTERSTATE SERIES FINALE CANCELED

VERMILLION, S.D.— Game three of the Interstate Series, presented by First Interstate Bank, between South Dakota and South Dakota State on Friday in softball has been canceled. The series finale, following Thursday's doubleheader which saw the Jackrabbits earn consecutive victories, was canceled due to field conditions at Nygaard Field from overnight snow and ice.Â
The game is not expected to be rescheduled. SDSU is next scheduled to host its next series at Jackrabbit Softball Stadium from March 29-30 against North Dakota.Â
