Four South Dakota State University baseball pitchers have been recognized as members of the 2024 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.

Receiving the honor were:
To be nominated for the award, student-athletes must be carry at least a 3.50 grade-point average, be at least a sophomore in academic in athletic and academic standing, and be a starter or key reserve. Academic All-America® honorees will be selected later this month.

Receiving the honor were:
- Reece Arbogast, Jr., Sioux Falls — 3.94 grade-point average in mathematics and data science;
- Alex Clemons Jr., Bettendorf, Iowa — 3.79 GPA in human biology/pre-medicine;
- Jake Goble, Jr., Rapid City – 3.59 GPA in business economics;
- Nic McCay, Grad., Carlisle, Iowa – 3.51 undergraduate GPA in business economics/3.90 graduate GPA in sport and recreation administration.
