BROOKINGS, S.D. - Three members of the South Dakota State women's golf team were named WGCA All-America Scholars by the organization Monday.Â
Shakira-Ann Kuys,
McKenzie Mages and
Piper Stubbs were recognized as three of fewer than 1,500 student-athletes across all levels of collegiate golf. To be selected, a student-athlete must have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, be an amateur through the conclusion of the team's season and have played in 50 percent of the team's competitive rounds through the season.Â
All three Jackrabbits are multi-time WGCA All-America scholar honorees.Â
