BROOKINGS, S.D. — South Dakota State has canceled its home cross country meet, as announced by the team on Monday afternoon.
The Jackrabbit staff has made the difficult decision to cancel the SDSU Classic cross country meet due to safety concerns surrounding the forecasted high temperatures for that evening. The SDSU Classic was scheduled for Friday, Oct. 3, at the Edgebrook Golf Course in Brookings, S.D. The Jacks will look to add a meet to their schedule to make up for the cancellation.
