Playing in 13 games... Lane was held without a point for the second straight season... Doubled her career shots total, taking four as a junior.
2005 (sophomore)
Saw action in 10 games during the 2005 season... Did not record a point, taking just two shots during her sophomore season.
2004 (freshman)
Started in 10-of-16 games in which she saw action in during her freshman season... Recorded her first collegiate point (0-1=1) on an assist in a 2-0 win over Carroll College (10/17)... The assist came on the game-winner through the defense to the middle of the box to set up Kelsey Worcester... played defense during the fall before moving to the mid-fielder/forward position during the spring.

Earned first-team elite all-state honors and was a Class 2A first-team all-state selection her senior year as Dowling Catholic High School reached the stat tournament semifinals... A member of the National Honor Society, Lane also received academic all-conference and all-state recognition... In club soccer, Lane played for nine state championship teams... Seven with West Des Moines Odyssey and twice for the West Des Moines En Fuego team which she captained... Lane also competed in basketball and track and field, qualifying for the state meet in the distance medley relay in 2001.
