2016: Enjoyed a strong final month of the season as he took over as the team’s starting second baseman ... hit safely in eight of the last nine games, including recording five of his seven multi-hit games for the season in that span ... started the season opener against Florida Atlantic in center field ... was 2-for-3 with a walk and two runs scored in series opener at Sacramento State (3/4) ... went 2-for-5 with a pair of doubles and four runs batted in as SDSU secured series win at Northern Colorado (3/12) ... went 2-for-4 with a home run in finale of home series against Oral Roberts (5/15) ... scored three times in home win over Minnesota (5/17) ... named Summit League Player of the Week after going 7-for-13 with three doubles and three RBI in three-game series at North Dakota State (5/19-21) ... scored five runs in three Summit League tournament games ... was 2-for-4 with two runs scored in tourney opener against Oral Roberts (5/25) and added a solo home run in tourney finale against ORU (5/27) ... of the 31 games he started, 13 were at third base, 11 at second base and seven in the outfield
2015: Began the season in the starting lineup, seeing action at second base and third base ... ranked third on team with eight stolen bases ... was one of the team’s top hitters during the first month of the season, collecting hits in 14 of his first 17 games, including a seven-game hitting streak ... posted a pair of two-hit games against Northern Illinois in season-opening tournament ... homered in both games of a doubleheader at Stephen F. Austin (Texas), going a combined 3-for-8 with three RBI and five runs scored ... went 3-for-5 with three RBI and two runs scored in opening game of doubleheader at Southern (La.) (3/7) ... tallied two hits and four RBI in doubleheader sweep of Winnipeg (4/8) ... recorded last of his seven multi-hit games by going 2-for-4 in series finale at Oral Roberts (4/26)
BEFORE SDSU: Was a four-year starter for the tradition-rich Chaska High School baseball program ... earned Class AAA all-state honors from the Minnesota State High School Baseball Coaches Association and was an all-Metro selection by the Minneapolis Star Tribune ... batted .461 with 10 doubles, four triple and three home runs ... also tallied 20 runs batted in, scored 24 runs and stole nine bases ... named team Most Valuable Player as a junior after hitting .372 ... played for Team Minnesota in the summer of 2013 and was selected to play in the Minnesota High School Baseball All-Star Series following his senior campaign
