OUTDOOR: Did not compete
INDOOR: Competed in six meets... Assisted 4x400m team to a runner-up finish with a time of 3:53.96 at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Meet (1/20)... Won the pentathlon as she finished first in two events, second in two events, and third in one to score 3251 points at the NAIA Preview (1/26)... Took fifth in the 60m with a time of 7.91 at the SDSU Last Chance Meet (2/16)... Placed fifth in the pentathlon with a high jump PR of 1.54m, assisting her to a personal best pentathlon score of 3446 at the Summit League Indoor Championships (2/23).
2022-23:
OUTDOOR: Competed in seven meets including two heptathlons...took fifth in the heptathlon at Summit League meet with PRs in total points (4599), javelin (32.03m/105'1") and 100m hurdles (15.35)...ran a 12.49 in the 100m for a PR and fifth place at the Monday Meet...placed in the top five of three events at the Wildcat Classic: 200m (2nd), long jump (2nd) and 100m hurdles (3rd)
INDOOR: Competed in seven meets including two pentathlon...finished 10th in the pentathlon at league championships with PRs in total points (3344), high jump (1.43m/4'8.25") and shot put (11.37m/37'3.75")...ran a personal best 9.06 in the 60m hurdles for sixth at SDSU Last Chance...clocked a 2:25.31 in the pentathlon's 800m at UND Open...ran in the 4x400m three times and placed second once and fifth twice

OUTDOOR: Competed seven times…South Dakota Challenge (4/21-23/22) setting a personal best in the javelin throw of 30.03m, USD Twilight (5/6/22) a very large improvement setting a lifetime best in the long jump of 5.30m – 17’4.75” (+1.1) and competing in her first outdoor championships during The Summit League Outdoor Championships (5/12-14/22) competed in the heptathlon. Lizzy had massive lifetime personal bests in the running events, 110H – 15.48 (+2.4), 200m – 25.30 (+1.2) and 800m 2:27.51, to lead her to a seventh-place finish and lifetime total point score of 4,395 (9th All-Time).
INDOOR: Competed eight times…SDSU Indoor Classic (2/11-12/22) set a personal best in the indoor 200m – 25.91, SDSU Last Chance (2/19/22) set personal bests in the 60m – 7.86 and 400m – 58.53 and compete in her first championships at The Summit League Indoor Championship (2/25-26/22) and set a personal best in the pentathlon finishing 11th overall. Lizzy finished All-Summit League as a member (400m leg) of the runner-up Distance Medley Relay – 12:01.23 (6th All-Time) and as a member of the 4x400m Relay team, running 3rd leg, in 3:49.92 (8th All-Time).

INDOOR: Did not compete.
2019-20:
OUTDOOR: Season Canceled
INDOOR: Competed in 12 events in the 60, 200, 60 hurdles, pentathlon and 4x400… opened her career with a 300 time of 44.86 to take ninth… competed in the pentathlon at the Jack Johnson Classic, walking away with 2,419 points… ran PRs in the 60 (8.19) and 200 (27.33) at the SDSU Last Chance.
BEFORE SDSU: Track and field class A state individual qualifier in 2018 and 2019...all-conference in track and field in 2017, 2018, 2019...All-state academic in track in 2018 and 2019...National Honor Society member...valedictorian
