OUTDOOR: Season canceled
INDOOR: After starting the season late due to injury he ran personal bests of 4:28.00 for the mile and 8:44.8 for 3000 meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic.
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in 6 events…finished 16th at the Summit League Championships with a personal best time of 25:37.8 for 8k... finished 3rd at the Ron Pynn Classic to earn a spot on the starting line for the conference meet... consistently ran low 26 minutes for 8k during the season.
2018-19
OUTDOOR: Finished 8th in the steeplechase at the Summit League Championship despite tumbling over a barrier on the last lap... Started the season with a 10:00 mark in the 3000 meter steeplechase and lowered his personal best to 9:32.28 at the Phil Esten Challenge on 4/19... ran a personal best 5,000 of 15:28.73 at the Kip Javrin Open to finish 18th.
INDOOR: Ran personal bests of 4:28.42 for the mile and 8:50.83 for 3000 meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic... won the 3,000 meters at the SDSU Last Chance Meet and finished 5th at the UND Dual in 3,000 meters in his collegiate debut.
CROSS COUNTRY: Redshirted... ran 23:03 for 7k at the Augie Invite and 26:53 for 8k at the Roy Griak Invite
BEFORE SDSU: Six-time letterwinner in both cross country and track and field ... named conference champion in the 1,600m, 3,200m and in cross country during the 2017-18 season ... two-time state qualifier in cross country and a 2018 all-state honoree in track and field ... was a captain of the Class A runner-up team in 2018 ... placed sixth in the 3,200m at the 2017 state championships ... had PR’s of: 800m split (2:05), 1,600m (4:29), 3,200m (9:46), 5k XC (16:20).
