Followed up with a 5000m PR of 16:15.92 to take 12th at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/11)... Won the 5000m and 10,000m with a time of 17:25.98 and 35:23.27, respectively, at the Summit League Outdoor Championships (5/11)... Placed 33rd in the 10,000m with a time of 35:36.54 at the NCAA West First Round (5/22).
INDOOR: Finished eighth in the mile with a time of 4:57.72 at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Meet (1/20)... Won the 3000m with a time of 9:34.70 at the Iowa State Classic (2/3)... Won the 5000m with a time of 16:45.30 at the SDSU Indoor Classic (2/10)... Was runner-up in the 5000m with a time of 16:56.02 and took bronze in the 3000m with a time of 9:35.32 at the Summit League Indoor Championships (2/23)...Â

CROSS COUNTRY: Earned her second straight Summit League XC Individual Champion crown to help lead SDSU to the team title…finished 21st at NCAA Midwest Regional in 21:15.7…ran a season best 6k time of 20:51.9 at Bradley Pink Classic for fourth place…took first at Augie Twilight and SDSU Classic
2020-21:
OUTDOOR: Appeared in four meets participating in the 5,000 and 10,000 meters...earned a trip to the NCAA West Prelims in both the 5,000 and 10,000 meters...went double-gold at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in the 5,000 meters (16:54.60) and the 10,000 meters (35:37.00)...picked up additional victories in the 5,000 meters (16:18.80) at the Joe Walker Invitational and in the 10,000 meters (34:03.30) at the Drake Relays clearing second place by 1:15.00...the 5,000 meter time is now second fastest all-time in Jackrabbits' history where the 10,000 meter time broke a school record that had been previously held since 1983.
INDOOR: Competed in three meets participating in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters...Hansen went double-silver at the Summit League Indoor Championships in both the 3,000 meters (16:32.35) and the 5,000 meters (9:34.53)...both times at the indoor championships currently rank second fastest all-time in SDSU history their respective events.
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned a berth to the NCAA National Championships where she recorded a season best mark in the 6K of 21:40.60...named All-Summit League as the individual champion of the Summit League Championships with a time of 21:45.60, leading the Jackrabbits to their team total of 22 points.
2019-20:
OUTDOOR: Season canceled
INDOOR: made six race appearances in the distance events during her first collegiate track season… opened up at the Jim Emmerich Invitational (Jan 25) with a 7th place finish in the 3000m and a time of 10:16.37… once again kept with the trend of steady improvement by running 10:12.78 in the event at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (Feb 15)…raced the 3k one additional time at the Summit League Indoor Conference Meet where she posted her lifetime best of 10:06.16 and a 9th place finish. Made one appearance in the mile, ran 5:11.44 and took 2nd place at the SDSU Last Chance Meet (Feb 21)… also had two strong appearances in the 5000m…her first being a 5th place finish at the SDSU Classic (Feb 14) in a time of 17:55.72... her second attempt at the distance on the track was at the Summit League Indoor Championships where she scored for the Jackrabbits by placing 8th in a time of 17:42.99.
CROSS COUNTRY: Started season at the NDSU Bison Classic by running a 4k in 15:04.7 making her the 5th Jackrabbit to cross the line… Placed 11th and ran 19:05.8 for 5k at the SDSU XC Classic (Sep 13)…raced her first 6k at the Roy Griak Invitational (Sep 28), running 22:49.9, 4th Jackrabbit to cross the finish line…lowered her mark to 22:37.2 for 6k and third runner for the team at the Pre-National Invitational (Oct 19th), placed 16th at her first Summit League Championship Meet to run a lifetime best for 6k of 22:11.8, finishing 3rd once again for the team, a key contribution to the team’s 3rd place finish overall.
BEFORE SDSU: Hansen was a standout athlete for the Willmar Cardinals as she qualified for multiple section, class and regional championships throughout her many years of running
