OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets... Finished fifth in the 100m with a time of 12.50 at the Mount Marty Twilight (4/23)... Placed seventh in the 200m with a PR time of 25.85 and took seventh in the javelin with a throw of 108-06 (33.08m) at the USD Twilight (5/9).
INDOOR: Competed in five meets... Opened with a 60m PR of 7.95 at the SDSU Holiday Open (12/7)... Took sixth in the 60m with a time of 7.97 at the USD Alumni Meet (1/18).
2023-24:
OUTDOOR: Did not compete
INDOOR: Appeared in two meets... Clocked a 60m PR with a time of 8.00 at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Meet... Followed up with a 16th place finish in the 60m with a time of 8.07 to place 16th.

INDOOR: Appeared in two meets...competed in the pentathlon and earned PRs in four out of five events (60m hurdles, high jump, shot put and 800m run) for sixth place...took third in the 4x400m relay and 14th in the high jump at Bison Team Cup

OUTDOOR: Competed five times..ESU Relays (3/24-26/22) Debuted a career best in the heptathlon – 3844, Minnesota State Open (4/8-9/22) set personal bests in the 100m – 12.60 and the 200m – 26.25 and USD Twilight (5/6/22) set a personal best in the javelin 33.91m. Competed in The Summit League Championships (5/12-14/22), started competition in heptathlon, but was unable to finish due to heat illness.
INDOOR: Competed six times…SDSU Holiday Open (12/3-4/21) Debuted a career best in the pentathlon – 2935 and SDSU Last Chance (2/19/22) set indoor career bests in the 60m – 8.00 and 200m – 26.55.

OUTDOOR: Competed in four competitions….Setting a personal bests in the 100m 12.87(-0.6) on 5/1 at the Ron Masanz Track & Field Classic and 200m (+0.0) on 5/7 at the USD Tune-Up
